We are located near Wembley, London.

WHAT AGE IS BEAR TOWN SUITABLE FOR?
To ensure a safe and secure environment for our youngest explorers we limit the age of our child visitors to a maximum of 7 years old.
Children aged 8 and over will be refused entry.
Non-mobile babies under 12 months are FREE when accompanying a paid child ticket.
Do you charge for adults?
Yes, adults are charged at £2.00 per ticket.
Everyone requires a ticket. We strictly limit numbers for a more enjoyable visit for everyone.
Can I bring a buggy / pram?
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, Bear Town London is wheelchair friendly with a level floor and wide doors into the town. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us ahead of your visit so we can do all we can to ensure an enjoyable time with us.
how do i get to you on public transport?
We are just a 5-minute drive from the new Wembley Stadium, Brent Cross Shopping Centre, and the North Circular Road.
Wembley Park Tube Station: 8-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.
Hendon Station: 12-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.
CAN I BRING A BIRTHDAY CAKE INTO BEAR TOWN?
We do not allow any external food to be brought into Bear Town, this includes birthday cakes.
If your little one is celebrating their birthday at Bear Town, do mention this to our team at Reception who will give them a Bear Town birthday card and sticker.
What is your cancellation policy?
All tickets are strictly non-refundable.
With a minimum of 48 hours notice we can transfer your booking to an alternative available date. Please email hello@beartownlondon.co.uk with your preferred date and session time, and subject to availability we will get your booking moved . You can read our full booking terms and conditions on our Prices and Times page.
Do I have to pre-book?
Pre-booking is essential, we do not accept walk-ins. Session numbers are strictly limited to ensure a great experience, so we strongly recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.
CAN MY OLDER CHILD VISIT on an adult ticket?
We do not offer entry for children aged 8-17 years to ensure an enjoyable experience for our youngest visitors.
Children aged 8 and over will be refused entry.
Can I bring my own food in?
Unfortunately not, this includes birthday cakes.
During your booked session time, you will have access to order food from Jane’s Garden Cafe to your table. Last orders will be 30 minutes before the end of your booked session time.
What do I need to bring?
Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. If you forget we have a lovely selection of socks available to purchase from Reception.
All lost property is kept on site for 14 days only.
do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do. Just click on this link and you can select the amount you would like to gift. If the recipient spends under the amount you gift, it remains as a balance they can use towards their next visit. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are sent by email.
do you offer free parking?
Yes, Birchen Grove Garden Centre has a large free car park, for Bear Town visitors to use.
Do you offer school visits?
Yes, we do offer school and nursery visits. We have great value options for exclusive hire. Please email hello@beartownlondon.co.uk with your enquiry.
